Our Documentation Department serves as a key operational hub, ensuring the smooth coordination of regulatory filings, arrival notifications, delivery order dispatch, and cargo release procedures for ocean freight shipments.
We specialize in overseas document review, regulatory customs filings, accurate issuance of Arrival Notices (A/N) and Delivery Orders (D/O), as well as timely release status updates in the operating system. Through accurate documentation and efficient process management, we provide reliable back-office support for cross-regional teams and customers.

Overseas Documentation Review
Review Bills of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and other shipping documents provided by overseas offices or partners to ensure data accuracy and compliance with applicable customs requirements.
Regulatory Manifest & ISF Filing
Complete U.S. Importer Security Filing (ISF) and applicable electronic manifest filings within regulatory deadlines, helping ensure accurate and compliant customs processing.
Arrival Notice Dispatch
Issue Arrival Notices (A/N) to customers and designated customs brokers according to vessel schedules, allowing sufficient time to prepare for import customs clearance and cargo pickup.
Delivery Order Dispatch
Following the issuance of the Arrival Notice, Delivery Orders (D/O) are forwarded to the designated trucking company, enabling the U.S. Customer Service (C.S.) team to coordinate subsequent cargo pickup and transportation arrangements.
Release Status Update
Upon receiving cargo release instructions or the required shipping documents from overseas partners, release status is promptly updated in the operating system to ensure accurate and efficient cargo release processing.
